Founding Artist Launch Rate — $1,999
This package gives independent musicians the photography, design, video, and press assets needed to launch a release, promote an upcoming project, or introduce a refreshed artist identity. LuisLive Media will guide you through all three stages of production: pre-production, production, and post-production.
This includes creative planning, project development, interview preparation, and scriptwriting support to help you communicate your story clearly and confidently on camera.
Together, we will create a cohesive collection of media designed to introduce your work, support your release, and provide promotional assets that can be used across social media, streaming platforms, live events, websites, and press outreach.
This introductory rate is available for a limited number of founding event clients. Standard pricing is projected to increase once the launch offer has been fulfilled.
Revisions
One round of light revisions is included for all design, photography, and video work.
Format
High-resolution photography, video and design files formatted for digital promotion.
Production Time
The package includes up to 10 hours of on-location production. These hours may be completed in one production day or divided into two five-hour sessions. Shooting days do not need to be consecutive, allowing photography and video production to be scheduled around the needs of the project.
Pre-production and post-production are included separately within the scope of the listed deliverables and do not count against the 10 on-location production hours.
Additional four-hour production blocks may be purchased separately for projects requiring more filming time, additional locations, live performance coverage, or expanded creative concepts.
Rights & Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide license to use the completed photography, video, and design assets for personal promotion, marketing, distribution, and merchandise connected to the artist or release.
LuisLive Media retains copyright ownership and the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials. Third-party resale, transfer, or commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.

A release deserves a moment people can experience together. This package includes one complimentary hour of livestream coverage for a performance, release party, listening event, or other eligible event of your choice.
Livestream scheduling is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Venue internet access, permissions, and any required production accommodations must be confirmed in advance.

Up to one hour of live vertical broadcast coverage using a dedicated iPhone 17 Pro and priority business data
One stationary or operated camera angle
Audio integration with the venue’s sound system, when available
A custom event title and branded opening screen

The package is especially useful for artists who need a coordinated collection of photography, video, design, and press materials rather than separate services from multiple vendors.

The package is offered as a complete launch system, so unused deliverables do not reduce the package price. However, the creative direction can be adjusted around your project. For example, the photography, videos, graphics, and press release can be tailored to support a single release, album campaign, live performance, or artist rebrand.

Yes. Approved artist-provided materials may be incorporated into the video, design, and press deliverables when appropriate. The client is responsible for confirming that all submitted music, images, logos, footage, and artwork are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.

The livestream must be scheduled in advance and redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Venue internet access, platform permissions, audio access, and production requirements must be confirmed before the event. More complex projects may require up to 21 business days, particularly when they involve advanced graphics, visual effects, multiple creative styles, or additional production sessions.
Final timelines are confirmed based on the specific needs of each project. LuisLive Media places a strong emphasis on pre-production so that the creative direction, goals, footage, and required materials are organized before editing begins. This helps keep post-production efficient while ensuring the final work reflects the artist’s vision.

Before production begins, you’ll be asked to provide the materials and information needed to understand your project, audience, timeline, and creative direction. This may include your music, artist biography, logos, existing photos or footage, release details, visual references, platform requirements, and any important deadlines.
Providing complete materials early helps keep production organized, reduces delays, and ensures each deliverable supports the same overall launch strategy. Missing or late materials may affect the final delivery timeline.
