To keep production on schedule, couples must provide finalized wording, guest names, menus, seating arrangements, photographs, and other required information by the agreed deadlines. Delays or major changes after approval may affect delivery dates and could require an additional fee.

Yes. You are welcome to use a preferred photographer or videographer for either included couple session. Because the sessions are part of a complete stationery and media package, choosing another vendor does not reduce the package price.

LuisLive Media can instead adapt its role by providing supplemental photography, video, or drone footage based on what would be most useful for your wedding materials.

The principal media session is typically scheduled seven to twelve months before the wedding. It creates content for your save-the-dates, wedding website, social media announcement, and early promotional materials.

The wedding invitation session is typically scheduled four to five months before the wedding. It provides updated portraits and horizontal video content for invitations, website updates, and other materials produced closer to the celebration.

Traditional posing is not required. Sessions can be built around candid activities, meaningful locations, silhouettes, close-up details, champagne, flowers, or other visual concepts that feel natural to you.

More playful ideas are also welcome, including miniature sets, dressed-up teddy bears, action figures, or symbolic objects that represent your relationship. The goal is to create material that feels personal rather than forcing you into a standard engagement-shoot format.

This package covers more than a single design or photo session. It provides coordinated creative support throughout the wedding-planning process, from the first announcement through the final thank-you and post-wedding frame design.

The package includes two couple sessions, photography, short-form video, possible drone footage, personalized stationery for up to 100 guests, wedding-day designs, revisions, print-ready files, and ongoing production as your wedding details are finalized.

The $1,199 rate is a limited launch price for the founding couples. Standard pricing is projected to increase to $1,799 once the launch offer is filled.

Physical printing, specialty paper, envelopes, assembly, and postage are not included. You will receive high-resolution, print-ready files, along with guidance for ordering through trusted printing vendors. Printing may also be quoted separately.

The package does not include wedding-day photography or videography. Trusted local professionals may be recommended based on availability, experience, and the needs of your celebration.

A $99 nonrefundable reservation retainer is required to secure your principal media-session date.

A $300 production payment is due seven days before the session. After the first collection of edited photographs is delivered, the remaining balance is divided into four monthly payments of $200.

Payments must remain current for additional photography, video, stationery, and design work to continue. The full package balance must be paid before final files and post-wedding deliverables are released.

A $400 nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve your package and begin planning. Payment terms are flexible based on timeline and couple’s financial goals.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 90 days before the wedding.
