LuisLive Media assigns a production team based on your event’s needs. Our core team includes Luis Bustos, who holds a B.A. in Journalism; two-time 2026 Heartland Emmy Award winner Diego Beltran; and photography apprentice Destino Mondragon, who brings more than 10 years of live event experience. Additional production professionals may be assigned as needed.

The package includes up to six hours of on-site photography, videography, and digital photo booth service. Setup time is based on event schedule and host coverage goals.

You’ll receive a preview gallery of at least 15 images within 24 hours and a final gallery of at least 150 professionally edited images.

You can choose between four short vertical videos plus a 4–6 minute event film, or one extended 7–9 minute documentary-style film.

Yes. Professional audio equipment is used to capture planned speeches, interviews, toasts, and other important moments when applicable.

Guests can take digital photos throughout the event and receive them directly. The package includes up to six hours of service, an attendant, backdrop, four uplights, and a complete host gallery after the event.

No. This package includes a digital photo booth experience. Physical printing is not included unless specifically added to your agreement.

No. LuisLive Media provides print-ready digital files. Physical printing can be coordinated separately when available.

Yes. Your included design pieces can be selected based on your event needs and the options included in the package.

Photography previews are delivered within 24 hours. Final photography and video are generally delivered within 7–10 business days. Pre-event design materials are scheduled according to your event timeline.

Yes. One round of minor revisions is included for applicable design and video deliverables.

Your date is reserved after your agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. Availability is not guaranteed until both are completed.
