Package Details

Starting at $600

This package gives individuals, businesses, and organizations the photography, video, and promotional assets needed to document and share an important event. Whether you are planning a grand opening, birthday celebration, fundraiser, gala, community gathering, or major announcement, LuisLive Media will help capture the experience and turn it into polished content you can continue using after the event.

The package includes planning support, principal photography or videography, event coverage, and post-production for the selected deliverables. Before the event, we will review your schedule, priorities, key moments, and promotional needs so coverage is organized around what matters most.

Together, we will create a focused collection of media designed to preserve the event, support social media promotion, recognize participants and sponsors, and provide useful visual assets for future marketing, announcements, and outreach.

This introductory rate is available for a limited number of founding event clients. Standard pricing is projected to increase once the launch offer has been fulfilled.

Revisions
One round of light revisions is included for all design, photography, and video work.

Format
Completed photography, video, and design files are delivered in high-resolution digital formats optimized for online promotion, social media, websites, presentations, and digital distribution.

Delivery
Completed deliverables are typically provided within five to ten business days after all final project details, creative decisions, and required materials have been submitted or created.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, revisions, additional services, and the complexity of the requested photography, video, or design work.

Designed to document and promote life’s biggest moments, including grand openings, gender reveals, birthday celebrations, fundraisers, galas, community events, and more.

All options include minimum one professionally written and designed one-page press release announcing the event, highlighting key details, and supporting outreach to media, partners, sponsors, and the public.

Photography-Led Coverage: $600

Rush Delivery

Delivered within 48 hours

Extended Coverage

Delivered within five to seven business days

  • Six edited vertical reels, up to 30 seconds each

  • 10 professionally edited event photos

  • One 2–3 minute event documentary

  • One professionally written and designed one-page press release

For Extended Coverage, the six vertical reels may be exchanged for up to three additional minutes of documentary editing, creating one final event film of up to six minutes.

Photography + Video: $1,300

Save $100 by bundling both coverage packages.

Combine the deliverables from both coverage options to create a more complete visual and promotional record of your event. Coverage is planned around the event’s most important moments, visual priorities, and promotional goals, creating a cohesive collection of polished assets for social media, marketing, media outreach, sponsor recognition, and future event promotion.

Clients may select Rush Delivery or Extended Coverage and request comparable deliverable substitutions agreed upon before the event.

Bundle Exclusive

The combined package also includes one two-minute B-roll highlight film featuring photography and video from the event for future promotion, sponsor recognition, media outreach, and press support.

Delivery

For Rush Delivery, photography is delivered within 24 hours, and rush video assets are delivered within 72 hours. The bundle-exclusive highlight film is delivered within seven business days.

For Extended Coverage, all package deliverables are delivered within seven to ten business days.

Booking & Scheduling

Rush Photography Coverage may be booked as late as the day of the event, subject to availability. Video Coverage requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

For the strongest planning experience, Rush Coverage should be reserved at least seven days before the event, while Extended Coverage should ideally be booked at least 14 days in advance. Earlier booking allows more time to confirm priorities, coordinate logistics, define deliverables, and reduce the risk of scheduling or communication issues.

Same-day and short-notice bookings may be available, but specific deliverables, locations, access requirements, and production details must be confirmed before coverage begins.

Production Time

Packages include up to two hours of on-location photography and/or videography. Pre-production and post-production are included within the listed deliverables and do not count toward on-location coverage time. Additional coverage is available for $125 per hour, subject to availability. Coverage time begins at the scheduled arrival time and should account for setup, transitions, and the event’s key moments.

Production Assistance

Production assistants may be added for $125 per four-hour block to support setup, lighting, audio, staging, guest coordination, and other on-location needs. Availability depends on scheduling and event requirements.

Rights & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide license to use the completed photography, video, and design deliverables for personal, organizational, promotional, marketing, editorial, fundraising, and event-related purposes.

LuisLive Media retains copyright ownership of the completed work and may display selected materials in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

The client may share completed deliverables with event partners, sponsors, venues, participants, and media outlets for purposes directly related to the event. Resale, sublicensing, transfer of ownership, stock distribution, or licensing the work for unrelated third-party commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Same-day bookings and services reserved within 24 hours of the event require payment in full at booking. All other services require a $199 booking deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the event. Payment plans are available.

  • Photography-Led Coverage is best when polished photos, printed materials, and promotional design are the priority. Video-Led Coverage is better for social media content, interviews, recaps, and documentary-style storytelling. The combined package provides the most complete event record.

  • Each package includes up to two hours of on-location photography and/or videography. Additional coverage may be added for $125 per hour, subject to availability.LuisLive Media can instead adapt its role by providing supplemental photography, video, or drone footage based on what would be most useful for your wedding materials.

  • Comparable substitutions may be arranged before the event. Any changes must remain within a similar level of production and editing time and be confirmed in writing.

  • Rush Photography is delivered within 24 hours. Rush Video is delivered within 48 hours, or within 72 hours for the combined package. Extended Coverage is typically delivered within five to ten business days, depending on the selected package.

  • Rush Photography may be available for same-day booking. Video Coverage requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Booking seven to 14 days in advance is recommended for stronger planning and coordination.

  • Drone footage may be included when appropriate and legally permitted. Availability depends on weather, location restrictions, venue approval, safety conditions, and FAA regulations.

  • LuisLive Media will write and design the press release for distribution. Media outreach or guaranteed publication is not included unless arranged separately.

  • One consolidated round of minor revisions is included for completed video and design deliverables. Revision requests must remain within the approved scope.

  • Yes. Completed deliverables may be shared with sponsors, venues, participants, partners, and media outlets for purposes directly related to the event.

  • Yes. LuisLive Media offers eligible nonprofit organizations a 25% discount on standard coverage packages. The discount does not apply to Rush Delivery services and may require verification of nonprofit status.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. With at least two days’ notice, the booking deposit may be transferred once to a new event date occurring within 12 months. The new date is not secured until confirmed in writing.

    Requests made with fewer than two days’ notice may require a new booking deposit. Cancellations and payments applied toward completed planning or production work are handled according to the client agreement.
